MR. HOCKEY® will be doing the private signing of the year on November 28, 2003! We will only be accepting items sent into our office between November 1st and November 28, 2003. 100% of proceeds will benefit the Colleen J. Howe Foundation; this foundation was formed to help those who suffer from dementia and other related neurological disorders.

Category A: $95.00 -- Small Flat items - pucks, 8x10 photos, cards, magazines
Category B: $125.00 - 11x14 photos, single signed posters, bricks, newspapers, plates
Category C: $175.00 - 16x20 Photos, lithographs, original six plaques, Howe/Gretzky items, production line items and multi-signed posters
Category D: $275.00 - Premium Items - jerseys, numbers, sticks, jackets, seats
Please call for pricing on game used equipment, sculptures, and artwork! Power Play reserves the right to refuse any item.
(Please include the cost of shipping. All items will be returned via UPS. Costs of delivery are $10.00 ground, $25.00 second day and $40.00 for next day air. Each item will have a hologram affixed to it accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity from mrandmrshockey.com. Personalizations are free upon request.
All mail-in items are sent at customer's risk. We recommend that you provide proper insurance on all of your items. All items must be received by November 28, 2003. If you have questions on an item, please call us at 248.960.7500
